Despicable and lower than low - I hope they get nailed good for their deeds

MickeyLumbo 03-23-2006 08:14 PM

oh thank God she is OK and was not home...but came home before a fire broke out.

do the police have any leads? has it happened in the neighborhood or surrounding community? did neighbors notice any unusual activity?

the random destruction is totally bizzare and ruthless. maybe these SOBs will get caught while bragging about what they did to their friends.

certainly bad karma will follow them through their pitiful worthless lives.

poor grandma. i hope the police catch these scumball criminals and include attempted arson in their charges to put them away for a long time.

What a frightening story. Nothing scares me more than home invasion - your home is supposed to be a place of security, and when that's violated... yuck.

Here's hoping they catch the creeps that did it quickly. Odds are this isn't the only crime they've committed, so they won't be doing easy time.

Stay close to Grandma, even if she says she's ok. You need to be a source of comfort for her now.

Oh man that sucks.:(

My best wishes to your Grandma.

I'm sorry, Betty. I hope the thieving little bastards get busted, and soon. We had a rash of similar things going on here, and when they caught the little ****s it turned out they were only 15. Totally trashed people's homes, stole or wrecked personal items, etc. Mom and dad will get hit for the restitution, but of course they'll never be able to pay it off.

scaeagles 03-23-2006 09:04 PM

That's just stupid. I'm so sorry to hear about this. No adjectives can describe the disgust.

Cadaverous Pallor 03-23-2006 09:11 PM

Arrgh!!!

I hope these horrible people rot in a pile of fetid cow innards.

And I hope that your grandma is holding up okay. While the loss of material and sentimental items sucks, the effect on the human emotion can be devastating.

NickO'Time 03-23-2006 11:56 PM

These people are so low the ants piss on them. That is nasty and awful. Really sorry to hear this happened to your Grandma. :(

Drince88 03-24-2006 06:00 AM

That really makes me angry - steal stuff that's going to be hard to sell most places (flower frogs - not exactly a hot selling-item in the pawn shops, I'd think!) -- Maybe you should watch E-bay?

And I agree, I just don't 'get' destroying stuff for the sake of doing it. Kind of like trashing your town when you win a big game -- but THIS is way so much more personal than that!

Hugs to you and your grandma! Watch out for her attitude a couple days out, she may have initially been to in shock to really 'feel' it before (even if she did use words outside her normal vocab!)
