Carstipation - When you try and start your car but it won't turn over. (Compliments of Click and Clack from NPR)

Grumbledore - A person who is a master wizard at complaining.

Cuddleingus - What happens when a cuddle party goes to 2nd base. (A Ralphie word.)

Craptastic - The opposite of fantastic.

Disillusionist - One who spoils the "magic" for others by revealing how tricks are performed or otherwise dispelling the fantasies, hopes, and dreams of others. (e.g. I didn't realize Kevy Baby was such a disillusionist untile he pulled off Santa's beard in fron of the children.)

Farewellagen - The act of repeatedly saying goodbye to the same person or group of people as you attempt to leave a park, party, or other social event.

Thank you for remembering to capture these.

The former came about after we were standing by a lamp post near the NOS train station bathrooms, waiting for some to complete their business. I noticed that one of the bases of a "steel" lamp posts actually moved by a good couple of inches near the ground. I was responsible killing a dream

:sigh:

Swanks Constant - The principle that in any group of hipsters, one will always owe at least one other a drink, thereby requiring a stop at a bar to repay one's debt. However in so doing so, at least one other person is bought a drink thereby ensuring that another rounds will have to be exchanged sometime in the future - thus in the attempt to achieve equilibrium many drinks are had and many bars and lounges are visited.

Did you wake up the next morning with a hanging participle?

JWBear 10-20-2008 09:43 AM
