The article is right - they probably won't get into the prom. We had pretty strict rules at ours.

You know, I wouldn't wear that dress to the Prom, to College Graduation or to the Oscars even. It is just plain UGLY! Why do people think that showing lots of skin negates the taste requirement?

Had to go dig up the Prom in the Hood pictures.

Cadaverous Pallor 01-27-2005 08:39 AM

Heehee, Kevy! :D

Ok, that dress is just disgusting.

MerryPrankster 01-27-2005 11:14 AM

The dress is uuuuugly, disgusting AND ridiculous. $500.00 for that thing?

I'd rather wrap myself in a bunch of ace bandages! :D

No, but I would totally make out with my prom date if she were wearing it.

I love prom. Someone through a Prom Party for adults. Please.

Because 17 year old girls don't look slutty enough? Egads. It seems like just a short time ago when I went to prom and had to have the spaghetti strap debate with my parents. But how will you wear a bra?! was the protest cry. Hell, with that contraption you couldn't even wear pasties.

I think a good rule of thumb is that if public decency laws require you to tape your dress in place on your body you should pick a different dress.

Pretty funny. And probably true. Although I'd like to expand upon the decency laws to include "Dresses this ugly shouldn't even be allowed off of the drawing board." The first indecenct act of any dress is to be butt friggin' ugly.
