I'd love to see 'Citizen Kane' at Hearst Castle. But I don't think that'll ever happen.

I MUST see The Poseidon Adventure on the queen Mary! This is now my goal in life...

Yeah, you'd think they'd pick something a little more iconically L.A. But I bet they got a real good deal on renting out the Queen Mary. I mean, it's been whored out as the home in Last Comic Standing for crying out loud, it must be going cheap.

The event by me is free, first come first serve. I'm predicting that in August heat, the attendance will be painfully low. Especially at a location as far away from everyone as that is.

I think that would be so cool. The QM is awesome. Love the art deco stuff.

We did see Repo Man recently at the Cemetery, now if the ceetery was on First and Traction, that would've been even better.

I know they tend to do most of the work in sound stages or BC or something, but surely they could have come up with a Seattle showing? Somewhere there's a movie that has scenes on a ferry. I know that would be complicated, but how cool would that be?! Hell's bells - why not "It Happened at the World's Fair"?

Or 10 Things I Hate About You (notable to me only for scenes filmed at Gas Works Park, my groups favorite take a walk and hang out destination back in my college days).

I'm disappointed that they left off "Rebel Without a Cause" at the Griffith Observatory. That would have been cool.

I was wondering if maybe this was an undisclosed promotional tie in to one of the studios (which might explain some of the odder choices), but they're all over the place in that regard.
