And don't make the common mistake of confusing Millie's with nearby Mimi's.

Yep. Millie's used to be good way back in the early 80's, but not anymore. Mimi's is much better.

I've eaten at Millies...once. That was enough for me.

Thanks for the great advice. Already knew I would be having breakfast at Carnation Cafe inside Disneyland. Also going to grit my teeth and have the Character Breakfast at the Plaza Inn too. The other two mornings we will be there we wanted to eat a little earlier and closer to the Hotel(part of our group will be eating in their rooms those two mornings so we didn't want to venture into the Parks without them) thus my questions.

It looks like Rainforest is a no go. I really wanted to try Catal for breakfast but StoryTellers(which I did eat at once back in 03') might be a safer bet. I have heard good things about the benignets at Jazz Kit. but Whitewater would be closer to our rooms and sounds like from all of your advice to be a better choice anyway.

My prefered breakfest in the park has been Cinnimon Twists and a Mocha from the Blue Ribbon Bakery

The benignets (sp?) at Jazz Kitchen are the lowpoint of their fare. I'm told this by many who compare them quite unfavorably to the native N'Orleans version.

It's frankly the only thing I've ever eaten at the J.K. that's been "meh," and I've practically gone thru their entire menu by now.

Though not a breakfast tip, I heartily recommend the Jazz Kitchen for any other meal.

I always get breakfast at the AM/PM...

Re the Beignets at Jazz Kitchen - IF powdered sugar covered donuts are what you're looking for for breakfast, they are ok - just make sure they give you HOT ones. And don't wear black! (I had to try them when I was there, since that was the same week that the original Cafe du Monde was reopening. They really are hard to mess up as long as they aren't cold.)

I never get to the Park early enough to have breakfast.

I like the beignets from the Jazz Kitchen Express, but don't get the coffee there unless they have the chickory coffee.
