I've never been to the Egyptian. (Yeah, I know.)

Is it easily accessible from the Red Line? I'd take the Blue from Long Beach after work and transfer.... would that work?

Take the Red Line to Hollywood and Highland then walk East on Hollywood Blvd about 2 blocks and cross the street. It's REALLY close. That's that way we usually go.
