You think your weather is topsy-turvy?
Today in CANADA, we reached a high of 14 degrees Celsius (yes, Celsius...because we're weird). That's over 60 Fahrenheit! On the LAST DAY OF NOVEMBER!!!) But, tomorrow, we're supposed to get FREEZING RAIN! AND SNOW! Christmas weather...FINALLY!!! (Okay, okay...I get excited about snow...LOL!) |
Not really. We get a dusting every year, but not like this. What made this one spectacular in a bad way was the sudden onset and ice accumulation during rush hour. Generally it snows a few inches and they show cars sliding down Queen Anne Hill but the freeways are okay. This time, the freeways has two inches of ice build-up. Last storm this bad was in the early 90s.
