Clackers also made a great weapon when thrown - a cross between poi-balls and nunchucks.

I so loved the Water Wiggle! I remember my mom took it away once she heard a "news" report that it strangled a kid though. :(

I also had a chemistry set, complete with glass bunsen burner, filled with highly flammable oil. :D

I had about 7 sets of Click Clacks! My favorite were the purple glass ones and my least favorite were the "safe" plasticly solid blue ones. They never shattered on me, but I did hit myself on the head the few times.

My Chemistry set came with asbestos fibers to prove in an experiment that they couldn't be burned. I think I miss Creepy Crawlers the most, they were the coolest, especially with the glow in the dark plastigoop.

It's amazing our generation survived our childhoods.

That's the second time in a span of 2 weeks that I've hear/seen the term "poi-balls". Prior to that, I'd never heard of them in my life.

To me it is amazing that, apparently, a generation that did has apparently decided the next wouldn't.

BTW, I was being sarcastic. I guess that didn't come across.

It did.

I wasn't.

No-sadly we are now a society who thinks dodge ball is too dangerous and we have banned tag. :(

Anyone for a game of Jarts while sliding on the Slip'n'Slide? Moving targets!
