Whenever I get really stressed I get the Disneyland blues.

I've got 'em something awful right now.

Nickolas is doing everything he can think of to get me to head down there. He started with the, "We don't even have to go in the parks, but hang out around DTD," to, "You know Mom, we only need to buy 2 passes, not 3."

I get those blues quite often. We did not plan to go at all this year (we're building a new garage instead) but now I've got my friend and I coming down for MA :) Mom's weekend away, here we come :)

Today, things suck.

I feel for you! I finally had to get my fix last night and went to the Park. I feel MUCH better.

Things have been extremely stressful for me lately and going to the Park really just made me sleep better, wake up in a good mood and just be less stressed! THANK YOU D-Land.

I cannot wait. I think the prospect of DL gets me through these long winters- I can really see why so many from up here go snowbird. We were originally planning on 4 days down there, but now it's up to 6.:D

Oh, it'll be more than just today. I feel like a junkie. I'm sitting here listening to park music online and I can't tell if it's helping or making things worse. I crave that flavor of escapism to a degree that is probably unhealthy, but I have no plans to direct my attention elsewhere.

I don't know how to describe it:

2001- DL 5 days
2003- DL 9 days
2004- WDW 10 days DL 4 days
2005- WDW 5 days DL 1 day
2006- DL 4 days

Last time I was there I was alone- and I went from open to close some days. I went on HMH so much the snow started to look like fabric batting and I realized I had reached a saturation point.

I will be there again this year- 3-4 days again....but I don't feel any driving need to get there this time. I feel sated for once :)

Odd huh? Do I lose my Disney Geek status for this?

I guess there is a silver lining to all dark clouds, huh? ;)

Oh, and that's one smark kid you got there, better keep an eye on him!
