It's got a window right there, but I usually think of tile walls in rooms with gushing water (i.e., I think Peter's overdressed for the occassion).
That’s actually outside by the front door. The tiled wall separates the front porch area from the street. The window is next to the front door, and looks into the entryway.

Hey if I lived in Sim City.. I would never be dressed! Zane just take Peter up to your mosaic tiled bedroom and get your sim on....

Im sure you get some points for having your sim on... but for the stains..just think your house is all tiled and windows.. so all you need is a little multi purpose cleaner and some elbow grease....
