Well, that alone is enough to convince me. That is pretty much how Ursula1000 came to live in my CD player in my car.

Well the regular tickets go on sale May 6 for the bowl season, from my understanding. So nothing is "sold out" yet (from the regular season).

(You CAN, however, buy tickets on the hollywood bowl website - BUT until May 6, you can only do this if you buy 5 or more concerts at once, but that's sort of irrelevant to this thread, lol)

I could purchase a largeish block of tickets for whatever is decided in the poll once general tickets go on sale.

Seems that people are leaning toward Pink Martini, but I wanted to make sure everyone had a vote :)

Disclaimer - - I'm only interested if we get decent seats with backs. No more bench sitting at the Bowl for me.

I'm so unswanky. I voted for the Jazz Festival because I love jazz. And, after listening to the samples at Pink Martini's site, I'd have to say I don't like them much. :(

So, no martini at the Bowl for me. But, I'm sure you'll all have fun. :)

We had nosebleeds for the Sondheim concert and for Prairie Home Companion, and they definitely had seat backs. I'm totally into going, but I'm not willing to pay for the super-expensive tickets...

K, well I will go as far back as the benches have backs ... but won't go as far back as no backs.
