So, it sounds like Mummy is a roller coaster then (as opposed to Indy). I prefer themeing and effects over speed and G forces, Disneyland over Six flags kinda stuff.

I thought the themeing for Back to the Future was great, and my only complaint was that I could see the edges of the movie screen which killed the realizem for me (unlike compared to Star Tours). If they could have made two person Delorians with windsheild screens it would have worked so much better, but the ride capasity would not allow it, I'm sure! That and in the row I was in the edge of the cut-off roof got in the way of viewing sometimes.

Matt, I'm there this Sat for the 11:00 tour. I'd love to say hi!

Don't forget that your VIP pass is good ALL day for font of line access. That includes BEFORE your tour starts. Just pick it up at the VIP window and head on into the park until it is time to meet up with your tour.

The theming is actually very good on the ride. That (for me) is what makes it a good ride. Without the theming and SFX, it would be a yawner of a ride. It is one of the better combinations of ride activity other stimuli.

But I shouldn't be saying this since you aren't going to be riding this. It is actually a terrible ride - biggest waste of time. You aren't missing anything. Rotten. Horrible. Icky.

I think Al said it comes with a free AP, but I'll have to check on that. Not that I plan to go back anytime soon.

Dang, I wish I could trust the hardware in my neck to go on Mummy, but I'm just not sure if it will be ok or not.....

I was not impressed with the "all you can eat" pass. It was only good at a couple of places and the lines at those locations were extremely long.
