Visibility. Official recognition. A place at the table. Unity. Peer support. The opportunity to provide education and advice, and to fight bias and discrimination towards both LGTB employees and the communities we serve.

We will have a voice (and a permanent seat) on the agency's Multi-cultural Advisory Committee - along with similar groups for African-American, Asian, and Hispanic employees.
