Oh no. Not much sitting involved at all. I have yet to track my miles on an average day, but I generally walk for about 3-4 hours of the day.

Wait, I might need you, if you wouldn't mind me using the footage for a class. I'm doing a case study on a DVD release and we'd talked about creating either a short infomercial or commercial for it - would you be interested if I could chat up my groupmates on it? The film we're doing is Arctic Tale and it's just for a class. I'm not sure if doing something with a mention of an actual intellectual property for your reel is kosher, even if it's a spec commercial - so... hrmmm...

I can't use copyrighted material at all in my business reel. :(

I'll save that for the hardcore porn reel. ;)

The choir thing sounds cool! Let me know the performance schedule and I'll see if I can fit that into the calendar.

Pet sitting?

Imagine a little 2-minute web-based and/or DVD ad for your company that shows a "Doggy's Day While You're Away" video, and through the magic of editing, show a dog sleeping, and then the tail wagging when he hears the pet sitter arrive, to then running, peeing on every fire hydrant in town, and having treats, etc. It could be quite comical and also give the sense of comfort to a pet owner who has to leave their baby for a few days, so they'll select your service over a kennel. ;) Is Thurston ready for his starring role?

blueerica 11-20-2007 09:40 PM

Well, to be certain, we weren't planning on using any material from the film or any of their existing advertising - we were looking more at shooting something entirely from scratch. Since the theme surrounds environmental causes, we were even thinking of a vignette or PSA on those topics. The more I'm thinking about it, the less likely I'll be able to get everyone together on it, so scratch me off the list.

I'll let you know if anything cool comes along.

Pity you're not closer - I've got an opera diva moment coming up.

I'm good at running around screaming.

It sounded good until you mentioned Thurston. He's not quite completely in my control yet. ;)

I do, however, have quite a few other dogs who would be more cooperative.

Lucy and Ethel are good on film

We got to plan that Ghost Hunting Excursion to the Queen Marry. That would be really interesting for you to shoot. Hey if you want to interview an up and coming artist trying to fill his dad's shoes and become a Disney Artist himself, then I'm your man!!!

come join us at the local (to me anyway) San Diego Racelegal drags at Qualcomm

www.RaceLegal.com

lots of racing action. lots of people and for a great cause....that is, keeping people from street racing by giving them a place to feed the 'need for speed'...and frankly, since its near the first of the year, we could use the positive publicity come sponsorship time.

just a thought

Ooooh! Yes, and yes. :snap:

I've been dying to do some of the ghost hunting stuff anyway.

And, I think it would be a great promo for you to show some of your art and talk a bit about your inspiration. What days are you usually available?
