I'm seriously ready for some post-election unclenching. I'm waiting for the "Obama is the AntiChrist" crap to blow over on another board I read so I can resume posting there.

Olivia and I had talked about writing in Hillary Clinton's name (I let her commandeer my vote). As the election drew closer she started talking more about Obama...we had a discussion discussing the pros and cons (being able to vote for whomever you want to in this country vs. history). In the end, she chose to vote for Obama. I am happy for her (and me) that looking back, she will feel as though she was a part of history.
