I don't think so. A lot of the movies available instantly through Netflix are part of an agreement with Starz and they just cycle through movie they are currently offering. So it isn't that they're backing out, it is just that particular movie is only being offered by Starz for a certain window (kind of like movies from On Demand aren't available in perpetuity).
