Intriguing. I'm reminded that when you have deja vu, it means they changed something. What merited a change? Obama promised "change", and no one could define it well enough, so perhaps this is what was advertised? Took a few weeks for them to get the Change Device in motion. And is it only OC, with (large) ripples into LB and surrounding areas? Or is OC where the Device is stored, hence the sonic boom heralding a new era, being sent out all over our land, our planet?
