I have pieces that I would like to sell. How do I do this?

We buy items from thousands of individuals each year. Click here for detailed information regarding selling to us, or call us at 1-800-REPLACE (1-800-737-5223 - our average answer speed is 8 seconds) and ask for our Purchasing Department. Our expert staff will let you know if we are currently purchasing pieces or sets in your pattern(s). If so, we will send you via e-mail, FAX, or US Mail a formal offer indicating the prices that we can pay for pieces that you wish to sell to us.

Replacements will offer you a pittance for your china, and, if the pieces are not mint, they won't take them at all. This is ONLY after you ship to them, too, in NC. Replacements is highly overpriced as a seller and I've used them only in depseration for a piece tha needs replacing.

The other sites I linked to give you quotes ahead of time.

That reminds me. Next time you return our shovel after borrowing it, would you please wipe off at least the dirt, if not the blood? Thanks.

Hey: we did the best we could.

You should have seen what we DID get off before returning it.

No, NO, it's not poor info. I'm just relating (and not phrased too well) my own experience in an attempt to sell some china to Replacements. even some of the patterns they had nothing on, they did not want and the stuff that was used (but had no marks that I could see, or chips, they refused).

Sorry!
