Who's Andrew Chaikin that he owns copyright for a picture taken by the government and considering he can't have been there?

Probably the nimrod whose blog was the first to pop up when I did a google image search to find the pic.

To this day I'm still bitter that I missed the live coverage of Apollo 11 leaving the lunar surface.

I remember setting my alarm clock to all sorts of weird times during the Apollo-Soyuz mission so that I could see everything: Launch, Docking, Hatch opening, etc...
