I sat in the front -- though in the balcony. I actually considered yelling out Mousepod! before the film started but thought better of it.

I hope a remastered DVD or Blu-Ray of this is on its way soon. I have the DVD from the first Kubrick box from way back at the end of the last century. I'm pretty sure it's mono. And it's plain old non-anamorphic full screen. Upgrade, Warner Brothers, upgrade.
