I prefer frosted chocolate fudge, when I indulge in that sort of thing. Brown Sugar and *Cinnamon are a close second.
The ones I can live without are the s'mores flavored. * Is there a name for words that look like they are spelled wrong, but aren't? |

Well, it is a very old conspiracy, if it is one. The number comes from the size of the board when it is cut from the log, not the size when it is bought at the store (after being dried and planed).
There, finally got something out of a lumbermill grandfather. Kind of like penises, the measurement at its largest size is the one that is reported. |
I want to know where all of the distilled water has gone to. I've looked at 3 stores recently for distilled water and they have all been out. Did I miss some distull e.coli scare or something?

In our cabin we have 2x4's that are actually 2 inches by 4 inches. Also watch out for lengths. I went to get a 2x4 that should have been 8 foot long, instead of 96 inches it was 92 inches. More shrinkage? more info here. Quote:

You are paying for a piece of wood that is 2" x 4" when ROUGH CUT. It takes 1/4" of each surface to get to the smooth, usable surface that you need. These are VERY rough surfaces and you need the full 1/4" to smooth it out. This is for "S4S" lumber = Surfaced (fiinished) 4 Sides. Some lumber (thought usually not construction grades like 2 by X) is sold as S2S. Also, if you need something besides 2 x 4's, I suggest finding a dedicated lumber shop. I frequent Reel Lumber in Anaheim ('though I tend to be buying kiln-dried hardwoods such as maple, cherry, etc.). |

How is it that at night, no matter how exhausted I am, if it's over 77 degrees I am unable to sleep lying in a comfy bed with the lights out. Yet in the middle of the day, no matter how rested and caffeinated I am, if it's over 77 degrees I'm unable to stay awake in an uncomfortable conference room chair with florescent lights in my face?
Maybe I should redesign my bedroom. |
I used to take a safety pin to meetings to stab myself in the leg as I suffer from a similar condition.

While watching an Olympic soccer match between a European team and an African team, the info box that pops up occasionally titled "Colors" makes me uncomfortable.
|
That should not be enough to spoil the fun of pre-opening ceremonies, early round Olympic soccer.
