I had an absolute blast at work today - I wore my costume, and it worked well enough, that many long time coworkers didn't know it was me. There was lots of laughing, and on the way home, plenty of people screaming out their windows at me "ROCK ON!!" :D

Well, what WAS the costume? Pix?

I believe anything Hitler, Nazi, or fascist applies. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Uh-oh, I defaulted to a dead rock star, too. Hope not the same one as CoasterMatt.

Hahaha, I wanted to go as a combo of ALL dead rock stars (think Ethel Mertz as the GeishaAmerianIndian), but I didn't know how to pull it off while making them each recognizable.

And I had half a dozen good ideas, but found it impossible to put any of them together in a scant few days. Some required engineering, others very elaborate make-up, still others great luck or, ycch, sewing construction. All of these things are beyond me at the best of times ... but in my own party recovery stage, completely impossible.


So let's hope CM and I are at least different dead rockers ... and we can jam in heaven - - or hell as the case may be.
