Is that a general comment about life or a question about my preceding post?

Umm, yeah. That's what I said. MadMonkeyGirl..... And in a weird coincidence.... The radio just started playing Aerosmith's "What it takes" which I was thinking was really cool given her love for Bon Jovi. Well at least that's what I was thinking until I realized it was in fact Aerosmith and not Bon Jovi at all. Which kind of killed the whole moment.

Gemini Cricket 05-13-2008 07:58 AM

But the good news is is that she loves Aerosmith as well.

We had my "fete de bar" at work yesterday. My coworkers decorated the conference room with many photocopied pages from legal documents and pictures of the state seal (ork! ork!), Judge Judy, and Bull from Night Court. And, to top it off, this cartoon.

The sad part was when I realized I could not only name the case and discuss the policy issues pro and con, but I even knew who had written the majority opinion.

*sigh*

I am a special kind of geek.

I've heard of these things going on for days... Literally. Of course, people go home, but the press check picks right back up where it left off...

So far, my two press checks were fairly quick, with only small color adjustments.
