Yesterday I stubbed my toe on the weight bench (I gotta stop working out barefoot). At first I thought it was a minor irritation - you know, your standard toe stubbing - but the pain wouldn't go away. Now the toe is purple and slightly twisted.

The previous two breaks were on the same pinky toe. I broke it while running down the stairs. And I re-broke it a month later running down the stairs while, uh, drinking.

I need to wear shoes 24/7, I think.

I think pinky toes should be chopped off.

And, I think men should tbe the ones to take out the trash.

That's it, J. We're putting locks on your shoes so you can't take them off.

it is hot here, really hot. We never had a chance to adjust to the change, so it seems even hotter than it is. It was 96 at 4pm. ewwwww

Nickolas made me go to his open house tonight. It was pretty much a waste of 20 mins. His teacher left on maternity Tuesday and the "permanent" sub couldn't be bothered to show up. At least I got to meet with his counselor. He goes to group every Tuesday. It is to help some of the smarter kids with patience issues. He looks forward to it. I can see why, after meeting her. I also mentioned that at least he still has her with the upheaval in the classroom.
