That is frightening! On our morning walks, we never ran into coyotes. There are packs of dogs, at times. Usually pets that get out and join up {from what I've seen, I could be wrong} to terrorize. I did carry pepper spray.
The 'evidence' of coyotes was seen in the carnage that they left behind. I wasn't sure but when I reported it to the animal control that is what they told me. I had seen them right behind our back fence, my friend saw one walking down her street {and she lives quite far from a canyon} and, we have seen them frequently by the fields where the bunnies live. I don't know what kind of plans the city has, either, but, I worried so much about kids at my sons job at the time who walked home from work after midnight. I can't believe the city doesn't try. Someone being attacked is really waiting too long. We are supposed to have learned from the past, they know what can happen. |
OMG !!!!!!!!!
Word to the wise: Don't EVER make Chicken & Corn soup, and polish furniture with Mr Sheen (or similar spray polish) and burn a gardenia & rose scented candles all at the same time. SMELL BAAAAAAAAAAAD :(:( :( ![]() |

I've seen coyotes on our street, but only at 3 or 4am. They come out of Griffith Park at night, I imagine. Luckily the cats don't need to be walked and in their old age have even given up their youthful dreams of sneaking out.

This is nothing new, and I previously knew about it, but I just accidentally re-discovered the hidden message on the LoT index page. Yes, I agree that: €uromeinke, FEJ. and Ghoulish Delight RULE!!!
