This is most certainly true. When you're actually happy to see the endodontist, you know that tooth hurts like h-e-double toothpicks.

This is exactly what I've been doing. The Advil/Motrin/Aleve is for the swelling and the Tylenol is to take the edge off the pain. Or something close to that.

That is a horrible pain, really, when pain takes over your thinking, when you need to take that many pills, it is overwhelming and depressing. At least to me.
