Except for this weekend, San Francisco is a good place for cool weather lovers Cherney!

The heat here was awful, not as bad as LA, but for SF, 90+ in town (and 100 in my apartment) was hideous.

It was a blissful 50 degrees on the cable car this morning. How do I spell relief? A good dose of the marine layer rolling in.

We've actually had somewhat normal weather for once, none of this 50-degree jump and drop nonsense. Staying at a nice 95 during the day.

Not too shabby.

But seriously, nothing better to talk about than the weather, guys? ;)

Just teasing of course... I have it good. I get to think about other stuff. :D

Heh, well, too hot to do much of anything. So hot, I could not really enjoy the first visit to Frida Kahlo at MOMA. So, going again on Thursday and will report later this week.

Let's see, it was even too hot to read comfortably (oops, back to weather again).

I just ordered two new bookcases for the apartment, then I get to move the old lower cases into my room, and finally I can start hanging up some art. Once I've rearranged the furniture and my desk. The Fantasia art will finally go up on the wall, yay!

On my way to work this morning I saw someone walking down the sidewalk wearing a parka! WTF???

BarTopDancer 06-23-2008 09:59 AM

Maybe they were a flasher?

Well, we could plan some more for the Lashie visit...

There hasn't been a new thread in 12 hours!

Or we could start planning for Erica's next visit. Even if it is for work. I'm sure her work will understand....

A sultry night at the Bowl listening to Brazillian and world-inspired electronica was a GREAT way to spend a Sunday. However, the guy sitting behind us should've had a sock stuffed in his mouth.

Oh, I hate when there are people who don't understand the concept of a natural amphitheater! Were they talking or singing along?

On Friday someone had brought a baby...
