To avoid any adverse impact on Tuesdays I suggest getting rid of the 5-day work week in favor of 7-day. This will eliminate the bad stuff about Mondays without adversely impacting Tuesdays.

how bout a couple of 2 day work weeks (mon-tues & thur-fri) interrupted by a mini-weekend (ie: wednesdays)?

Ive wanted this as my work week since I started working.
