Condolences to everyone who's lost someone lately. I'd address each one individually, but I haven't much time lately. But, you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

I just ordered 1,500 new business cards and 100 magnets for the wedding and events portion of the business. They match the website, and have the "Capture the Excitement..." slogan on the back with a "Shared By" section for a referrer to write their name for inclusion in my $50 "sharing" program. I chose "Shared By" rather than "Referred By" because it sounds a bit more emotional, and emotions sell in this business. I'm going to bundle up 10 cards and 1 magnet with a letter explaining my sharing program and send them out to friends and fellow business associates.

I got a smoking deal on the cards and magnets, thanks to researching some discount codes online. :D

Did you pay more than $53.48 for the cards, including tax and shipping? If so, I could have done better for you.

There is something slightly odd about watching a Simpson's Christmas episode while wearing shorts, a tank top, with the windows open and eating frozen grapes.

The Angels game tonight was fun. They got spanked, but it was still cool being there.
And I got to see my favorite Angels pitcher Justin Speier. He's cute!

Oh, and that was through VistaPrint by searching around for the best discount code combos. (I ended up with like 50% off plus free shipping.) Glossy stock would have run $7 more total, but I chose matte, because I want it to look like parchment like the website. It basically looks like a mini page from my website.

I was finishing up on work, and then also had to respond to an idiot on a message board who chastised me for joking with one of my friends on there, claiming that my friend should go to another DISney board with a more "large and knowledgeable" membership, since i was being "rude" with my "high school banter".

Apparently more than one board has the Kool-Aid flowing out there! Geesh.
