One of the my main observations/beliefs is, along with Mousepods theory, is that: By pressing the button, the survivors are in fact injecting themselves with whatever experimental drug they are under the influence of. (hence the forced realities/memories) Using fear, Dharma is able to make them self perpetuate the experiment. And they don't even realize it. To me, the last episode made it more concrete for me. I could be wrong. |
Bump - new episode tonight.

Thank you Leo!
I have to share this but only Lost junkies will get it. I'm writing documentation and I have to say "click on [button name] button". I have this urge to put in there (don't push the button! The button is bad!) |

Feel good episode all around.
Last 5 minutes... OMG. I knew it. We all did. Oy. And next week? (Spoilers for GD) Spoiler:
|
I was thinking Sun and the bald guy were gonna do it....but it didn't turn out that way. But still, when she was hugging Jin at the end, her face was saying "I just lied to him".
HG is one creepy dude.....but aren't they making it too obvious that he is an other? He's had a lot of time to think about how to manipulate the Lost people. But he probably is an other. That was one realistic scenario he told Jack and Jocke, and they sure did look creeped out. Next week does look good! But I always think that. The only episodes I haven't liked are the Charlie flashbacks. |
^^
I was waiting for something to happen with Sun and the bald guy as well. I also found myself trying to calculate just how long they'd been on the island so if it was bald guy how far along she would be. I agree they are making HG too obviously an Other. If he did crash a ballon on the island and lost his wife, I can't imagine he'd be trying to mess with his captors. |
