Saturday, I was on my way home from picking up paperwork from the Old People (they are taking off again, until August) when my cell phone rang. I didn't look at the number so I wasn't dure who it was. It was my best friend from High School!! We hadn't talked in over 12 years. She is tracking people down for our 20 year reunion. It was totally out of the blue. We had a really long talk and promised to keep in touch. This call was just so random and strange, it really took me by surprise.

12 years is a long time. Are you going to your reunion?

I'm a bit disappointed in that area. I graduated in 1986, so this year is 20 for me, and the people I have contact with from HS have heard of nothing. No one is planning. The person everyone kind of expected to do it decided a couple of years ago to go to law school and is too busy to do it.

So....no reunion for me. :( I wouldn't have missed it.
