I'm looking forward to doing some exploring in Second Life after I get my new computer. I have dreams of a retro house with checkerboard floors, records on the wall, a jukebox in the corner and such. :)

Google just came out with lively today - the description of it sounds pretty similar to second life.

Yikes, I shudder to think how addicted I could become to this game. Therefore, I probably won't start it up.

Yeah, me too. I hardly have time to stop by here to say hi, much less play games.

I will not be playing SL. I refused to start playing WoW because of the time suck that is. Gave up my computer gaming after Diablo LoD.

Beautiful graphics though.

For the past 25 years I have used a very beautiful stocking for Christmas that was made and stitched by a Great Aunt. Its very cute. It shows me as a young boy sitting in ftont of a roaring fireplace waiting for Santa. There are three stockings hung (for both my parents and me), a plate of cookies and a cat is at my side. the stocking is very special to me and is starting to show wear. Thus last Christmas I decided to retire so it does not get completely damaged due to use. So I have been on the lookout for a new stocking to use this Christmas and I have just found it!

I don't think there is a way to get my name on it but there will be no doubt who owns the stocking because it will be uniquely mine. What do you think?

Love it Brian!

It looks like the perfect replacement stocking for you!

I love it!

I could see where you name *could* be embroidered, but it isn't where it traditionally would be, on the top.

Do you mean on the snowman?
