After an evening of intense consideration and then sleeping on it to give my subconscious time to bat it around I have come to the following conclusion:

I concur.

I concur only if he means the pointy end and with some minimum velocity. I mean, if someone just kinda lightly tossed an arrow at me and the fletching hit me I probably wouldn't love the experience but it certainly wouldn't "totally suck".

Unless of course, the arrow was covered in a highly toxic poison and the arrow happened to touch you on an open wound. That might totally suck.
