I'm also a cashier (part of the time) - one of the reasons I excel at my job is that I don't rely on the register and that I always count back change.

MouseWife 08-01-2008 04:39 PM

I always count back change. I always say the total, verify the bill they've given me {no place to set it while making change, I think that is a mistake as they can dispute the bill given} and count back the change. Always. I can't believe it when the young people just hand the change back.

I think I am more nice than I am efficient. :D

Check out this cool way to direct people in a parking building. Be sure you scroll down and don't just look at the first photo and click away.

I don't have ANY gray hair.

Anymore.

Today.

I had a jet black hair attached to the back of my head when I was 17. The person who found it was convinced I dyed my hair (it was its natural color, which is not black).

Really? That's pretty cool. Mom finally cut my hair shorter and dyed it purple/red, so it's pretty punk out hairdo. Can't wait to see my grandma's face when she sees how short it is. Hehehe.

So I was in Palm Springs all last week and I couldn't be bothered to be on line and this week my internet was stinky slow so I finally get on line tonight and there are 3,385 new posts since my last visit. Yeah, right. Just imagine that I've read them all and that I'm up to date on everything and that I'm also the Queen of England.

And I'm still Twitterless.:p

So how is everyone?
