These votes are often weighted in odd ways, specifically to counteract ballot stuffing.

Bear in mind that all the other contestants are doing the same thing - voting theirs up and the others down. I'm sure there are larger support groups for certain other entries. Still, I'm doing my part :)

I think it's also weighted in proportion to views. When it had fewer views it had a higher ranking (#5). Now that it has 400something views it's on page 3. The number one (as of the posting of this) had 42 views.

I suspect Marla might be right on that count. And also remember, even though you're able to vote again, it may not mean that you're actually being tallied after the first time. Nevertheless, it's not to worry, since the good work stands for itself!
