Yay!! Lash, I'm glad you still have the strength to type. ;) :)

Speaking of strength, I haven't been to the gym in months (mainly due to inconvenience), and I just came up with a solution that will not only help us cut back on expenses, but also literally save my butt:

I cancelled the gym, saving $45 per month, not to mention the gas to get there and back. I unpacked my unopened DDR with mat (Dance Dance Revolution) for our PS2 that I've had for over a year now. And, I'm going to use this month's gym fee budget to pick up a set of $40 free weights from Target (which also count as a business write-off, because the weights fit my camera crane). So, during the day, I can head to the living room, dance while having fun, and also use the weights for my strength training while seated at my desk when reviewing video clips. :) And, once the heat dies down, I'll go out for an afternoon walk on days I don't feel like DDR.

Then, after I have paying work coming in, and our heads are back above water and I save enough funds to sign back up at the gym, I'll use that to buy a Wii with Wii-Fit instead, thus increasing my options while still saving on gas and the monthly gym fee. :)

It's better for my body, my schedule, and our finances!

According to FP, it's called Darvon or Darvoset here, and it's no wonder you're having a damn good time. ;)

Cool! I've been using a set of hand weights at home myself. Haven't turned on our DDR in a while, though. Another good workout option is an exercise ball.

We luv you Lashy!!!

T - Wii Fit is good in theory but it's very hard to get the heart rate up consistently. Each activity is 1-3 minutes, if that then you pause between and have to select if you want to go on or not. I haven't used mine in months. I have to say that it has ended up like all the other at home exercise stuff I've bought over the years, though it fits well under the TV.
