The stairs at work have a rubber tread on them for traction. About a year ago the rubber along the edge of one of the steps started to show wear and was splitting, so facilities duct taped it. Since then, it's only gotten worse and about 1/2 of the steps had duct tape along the front edge. I was looking forward to the day that we had stairs coated entirely in duct tape. Alas, today a crew has come to completely replace the rubber tread. So disappointing.

There is a tear in the carpet near my office. Someone has put twp pieces of yellow "caution" tapeover it. They are held down with gobs of scotch tape. This amuses me for some reason.

You know you need more coffee when you fill your cup with cream and Ovaltine and forget to add the coffee.

Maybe you should tape an ad for new carpet to it? ;)

Of course Y'all know the first thing i did when I finally got online last night right? Yes I successfully downloaded I-Tunes for the very first time (after years of trying). I did make my first purchase too, "How To Hook Up Your Home Theater" What a great Goofy short that is! I hope we will see many more like it at the theater soon!
