I've been reading. Last night. All today. I barely got a shower in. New book series I started this last week. I think there are 8 in it - and I'm on 3 so woo-hoo! You've got to love that. Vampire, mystery, sex. Rowwwrr.;)

What series?

Yes, today has been quite an excellent day for football.

Too bad I don't like football then.

In fact I don't care for any professional sports really.

That is all.....

:D

Who said anything about professional?

I do believe that she is teasing us.

There is a series that I really enjoyed, the Necroscope series by Brian Lumley. The series kept going and it got harder and harder to find the later books.

I suppose, if you're a USC fan. Thankfully, I'm much less of an Ohio fan, so it all worked out. USC's really really doing well this year. I just wish the rest of the Pac-10 could keep up with them, so we could really see what they're worth. It's ever-so-much why I think the BCS needs a major overhaul. Take SC and Ohio and what-not out of the comfort zone of their lesser conferences and give everyone else the chance to play against teams of their caliber. Oh, and SC's quarterback is really cute. Oh, and when you say SC in the south, you confuse the locals. Just sayin'...

And seriously - Michigan losing in such a fashion to Notre Dame?!
Wow! And I was hoping that Spurrier's Gamecocks would beat Georgia because it would F with the BCS standings a bit - they had a chance, and I didn't think Georgia was playing all that well (at least not as well as the hype that surrounds the team would lead you to assume), but just couldn't do jack after the second half. So disappointing.

Oh well...

... back to our regularly scheduled thread of silence. Time to make some French toast.

I thought the best game yesterday was Purdue/Oregon-

I had a lot more fun watching that one than the USC slaughter of the Buckeyes.
