It took me a second to follow it (the redacted names make it a little hard to read), but to clarify, the first paragraph of Bill's 2nd comment is him apparently quoting something Amanda had posted previously. So to summarize the transaction:

Amanda: I got screwed at school because I missed the first week
Bill: Then don't miss the first week
Amanda: I was at my grandma's funeral you insensitive asshole!!
Bill: Bitch, you publicly posted that you were on vacation, mentioning specifically the first week of school.
