Wow. I can only imagine what it will cost to heat that place in the winter.

It costs my mom close to $2k Canadian to keep the house there at the bare minimum needed to prevent the pipes from freezing.

No kidding. Heating costs in the winter are major.

And don't get too excited, the market here is a total joke. Nothing I would want to buy for what I can afford. I guess we get too many second-home buyers from
NYC.
