Even thousands of miles away even I have my little slice of Disneyland to tide me over for next September's Swanky Shenanigans. I can always get my little fix down at the local Mexican place. CHURROS!!! :)

Thanks, hon! Today was indeed better. Had a beer on-campus with a friend, and talked with the other gays on campus at the "Come Out Speak Out" thing tonight. Surprising number of us on campus. Very cool.

Her and her hubby once taught me how to throw. I ended up making a really neat LOTR-inspired bowl. I was quite proud of it, until she told me that it cracked during it's short-lived stint in the initial drying locker. :(

Sorry yours cracked, hon. Come up and we'll try it again! Most beginning projects don't survive very well. At least yours looked pretty good- you ought to see the disasters I created!

I need to go throw again one of these days. We even have a couple of glazes that we mixed up. Good ones that don't run.
