So - things might be changing here at work. I might be moving to something else. I am both relieved and terrified.

I've gotta find myself a woodworking class. Get involved in some simple wood projects. Remind myself how much work is involved.

Otherwise I spend all my time drooling over impossibly difficult projects like the medieval pavilion tent or tonight's obsession: How to Build a Celtic Harp. I figured, if this other guy can make a harp out of PVC, how hard can it be, right? Hahahah... the wood one... not easy. Or at least, overwhelmingly intense work. But still... I'd be tempted to attempt it if I had a wood shop instructor participating/helping.

You should get a harpsichord kit. I believe they come in varying levels of word working complexity.

Check your local Community College. I have been taking classes for years at Mt SAC (I like them because they are Sat. and Sun. mornings). However, I know that Fullerton College also has a great program.

You like them because it's an excuse to say "mount sack".

I am NOT going to mount Mr. Chronic.

Mrs Chronic though...

I assumed it was pronounced "empty sack." Which would be an equally valid reason.

When did the Queen become a Hobbit?

She's really darned cute in this pic.

Also emphasizes that James Cromwell (6'7") was just a bit too tall for playing Prince Philip.
