I liked this part of the story, you hit him then he helped you back to the house.

It's amazing how pseudo-surreal moments in your life stay with your memory forever. Even the most minute details. I have a few of those and it's just weird how I remember every part of it.

Either that or a commitment to self preservation.

Believe it or not, it was across my finger, not the length of it. Granted, it was a curved cut.

And to correct myself, it was 17 stitches each, not 27. According to the doctor, I was VERY lucky: I cut the COVER of the tendon, but not the tendon itself. Never knew there was a cover to the tendon.

The razor blade incident was about 25 years ago, the printing press was 22 years ago and the shattered bone was abot 2-1/2 years ago. I'm okay (well, physically) at this point.

Right handed. But holding the magazine was a PITA.

I have 'Looking for the Perfect Beat' in my head. I blame a breakdancing earthworm in a Bank of America commercial for that. (And LL Cool J and JLo who feature the clip in their new song...)

On a side note, when I say 'B of A' here in Boston, people have no ideal what I'm talking about...
