From a situation control point of view, the "security" CM was pretty much a text book example of how NOT to deal with a drunk. Once you have made the decision to use physical force (pepper spray) you don't give the perp time to shake it off and stand back up. Hit him again, cuff him, whatever. Backup had plenty of time to arrive, where were they? From the news report the guests were still restraining the guy when the local police showed up.
Yeah, I saw that. Sprayed the guy, and let him sit there and did nothing so he had a chance to get back up. Glad the guests were able to get him pinned!

I don't think BTD would have trouble with him - the only colour was his socks, and no makeup. Still, if she's scared of heights she shouldnt watch.

I went weak at the knees watching that.
