I like your cute mouse! (And congratulations on double-loserdom!)

I would like to get a tattoo but I have no idea what it might be. No logos, no text or words, no tribal art from a tribe I don't belong to.

Mice are pretty much a given for me. I have been collecting figurines, artwork, ect... since I was 10, that and my Girls (rats-current count is 7).

The balloon was the balloon we bought The Boy on his first trip to D-land.

I told myself I would get a tattoo when I turned 40 or got a divorce. I got it at the start of my divorce. Now I need another for hitting 40.

Um....er....ah.....I think I just thought of a slogan for the fetus cookies....but maybe I should die a horrible death for thinking of it.

in my experience, tats need to have a deep personal meaning (IMO) for those receiving it. those I know who've gotten them purely for aesthetic reasons seem to get tired of them after awhile, either when styles change or they just grow tired of looking at it. those who get them in tribute or for other reasons they hold dear, rarely do.

my dad had a slew of tats from his days on the high-seas (Navy lifer) and I have wanted one since I was probably 8 or 9, but could never decide on what.

finally got my first one this year (or was it last year.. /shrug...well past that 40 mark in any case). followed by another this past sept...

damn things are addictive. already searching for the next one

I want a Sorcerer Mickey tat on my lower back someday. :)

So, I was putting clothes away in my closet. I just put the last stack of sweaters on the top shelf, signifying the completion the end of the closet cleaning project. The whole top shelf collapsed sending the clothes to the floor and the heavy board to my foot. I'm now sitting on the couch icing the already purple and red spot. I wonder how this is going to effect the next couple of days of heavy duty walking - including Mouse Adventure, the party and the art walk tonight?

Disneyphile 11-13-2008 01:23 PM

Ouch!!!

NA, I hope your foot feels better soon. Please get it x-rayed, because even a hairline fracture can cause a lot of problems. :(

Not Afraid 11-13-2008 01:31 PM

X-Ray? I don't have time for no stinken x-ray! Damnit.
