It's supposed to rain here until Wednesday. Bleh. Rain all day yesterday, rain all day today... Double bleh.

Hot here, spent the first day of my weekend reading and sleeping, 2 of my favorite indoor activities.

The boys are now piecing together a r/c air plane in the middle of the living room. The controler for this thing looks rather intimidating.

It was 86 here today. Anything over 79 and I'm not happy. We spent most of the day cleaning out the office where the one window AC unit is. Productive, but dull. It's time to stop and watch a DVD.

Plus, I took the arms off my chair per my Chiro's orders and now it won't sit up straight. I've got an office lounge chair. I'm not sure that's what she had in mind.

Today was the first hot day in Phoenix for the summer months - 113. Don't know if that's official, but that's what the car thermometer said. The only time the heat really bugs me is getting in the car after it's been sitting in the sun, because it gets to about 150 inside.

113 isn't just hot, that is HELL!

On those days your feet actually leave imprints in asphalt parking lots. Seriously.

It was 94 here today, and beautiful...

We actually hit 99 in Brea/La Habra/Placentia - at last according to the car thermometer. It didn't feel like it though.

i am so happy that i am NOT sitting on the asphalt in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, slow roasting while waiting for Remember, inhaling occassional vapors of horse urine. UGH!
