MySpace is still my preference for sampling new music. Facebook got a face lift recently that seemed to take all the annoying apps and hide them away somewhere, that's made it more pleasant and apparently more user friendly as I seem to get more comments from that site now. Of course, I've also linked in my Twitter Status so maybe that's the real reason.

How recently? Maybe I'll retry...

I have to say that I've never tried Twitter but I have noticed more and more people can be found there; not to mention that a lot of places (like NPR) use Twitter for discussion.

As an aside, I went through a period on MS where I was being contacted constantly by 16-19 yo guys (I don't know if I was in a weird/creepy loop or what). They kept telling me I was a MILF and such. Flattering as that designation may be, still infinitely weird. After responding several times that I had no interest in becoming a target of law enforcement, I had to make my page private for a long time before the contacts stopped.







Cognac pumpkin pie sounds yummy. I have a great recipe for sweet potato pie with rum. When I was pregnant I craved it constantly.

Well MySpace continues to serve me ads about young girls seeking older men and porn sites continue to want to be my friend so the site still retains a bit of smarmy in that respect.

Cognac is good poured over vanilla ice cream.

Of course, if he would stop pursuing all of the ads and clicking on the porn sites, maybe they'd stop targeting him.
