I'm in sort of a daze today. Went to sleep late but got up feeling fine. Then about an hour ago, I started feeling tired. Bleh. I feel half-awake at work today. Caffeine isn't helping all that much. It is sunny out, though. That's nice.

I finally learned that that "getting some sun will make you feel better" thing really was true.

Unfortunately I got TOO much the other day. Silly pale skin--I'm doomed to be either happy and burnt or unhappy and pale.

I noticed that a lot in Monterey and here in Boston when there are multiple days of rain w/o sun. I notice myself getting kind of mopey (sp?) and low energy. I have a full spectrum lamp and that helps some, but not as much as being out in the warm sunshine.

You could always more to Florida. Worked for me!

If I went on a visit to Mexico and came back to the US on foot via one of the routes used by illegal immigrants, would I be guilty of a crime?

If so would they deport me back to the US?

You would be committing a crime because you didn't come back through a checkpoint. I think.
