Uvas No!

I always wash my fruit thoroughly before eating. I would think this would flush out any hidden insects.

I think I'm evil.

It's raining here and there was this lady with an umbrella standing on a curb by a busy intersection. A car totally hit a puddle and sent a wave of water up and it hit the underside center of her umbrella. It looked like there was a downpour coming from inside her umbrella on top of her. The top of the umbrella was relatively dry in comparison.

I laughed.

See? Evil.
:D

Not always. I ate a fresh fig once. Washed it too. Didn't notice anything unusual until I took a big bite and noticed a burning in my mouth. It was filled with ants. Yum.

That's rather unpleasant sounding.

I'm sitting here cringing, and making an "ewwwww" face... that... ugh.. thats scary, nightmare stuff you speak of there.

Motorboat Cruiser 06-07-2006 11:31 AM

I've never had a fresh fig since. I used to love them too.

Funny how one bad experience can ruin a food for you. I can't eat lasagna because of getting food poisoning from it once around 20 years ago.

Soooo...

Speaking of nightmares, does everyone remember Mousepod's audio clip of the absolutely horrid jungle cruise skipper?

Yes, of course you do.

I would swear that I had the same guy yesterday. If it wasn't him, it was an incredible simulation. I've never wanted to jump out of the boat before, until yesterday.

I don't.

I woke up with a huge carpenter ant in my mouth once. Now I see one ant I'm spraying raid everywhere! Bleh!
