Do you cook the bacon before you coat it?

The best part of waking up...is BACON IN YOUR FACE

So.... is there anything to keep the bacon cold overnight, or does it spend all night in the food temperature danger zone before you wake up to your daily dose of trichinosis?

You start with a frozen piece, so it slowly thaws overnight, remaining safely cold.

Kind of like putting a pair of panties in the freezer overnight... well, not exactly
